'98 Season Wrapup

Well another good season is in the books. Everyone can start planning for next year.

'99 Draft Order
===============
Next Year's Draft Order is determined by how far you advance in the playoffs. The
first teams to draft are the 4 that didn't make the playoffs, with the order
determined by the inverse of regular season Won-Lost records. The Worst shall go First.
Again ties in Won-Lost records are broken by Total Points. In this case fewer points
mean you draft first. Those that got knocked out of the playoffs in the first round
will draft next. Again in inverse order of Won-Lost records and Total Points.
