There was only 1 Critical Update and 1 Important Update this month,
the critical update is a cumulative update to Internet Explorer.
As is their standard every month, they also updated the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

Microsoft released November's Security Bulletins on 11/08/05
There was 1 Critical Update this month, vulerabilities in the graphics
rendering engine, and affects all current versions of Windows.
Essentially every Windows system out there should install this update.
As is standard each month, they also updated the Malicious Software Removal Tool.

and install any that are recommended for your system.

Microsoft released October's Security Bulletins on 10/11/05
This month there were 9 updates, including 3 Critical Updates, 4 rated Important, and 2 rated Moderate.
The 3 Critical Updates include one that is a cumulative update to Internet Explorer, one that is an
update to Direct Show (part of DirectX), and the third is updates to MSDTC and COM+.
The Important Updates include one for Plug and Play and one for Exchange.

Sun released a Security Bulletin on 6/13/05
They announced Security Vulnerability With Java Runtime Environment May Allow Untrusted Applet to Elevate Privileges.
This issue can occur in the following releases:
Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition(J2SE) 5.0 and 5.0 Update 1 for Windows, Solaris and Linux
J2SE 1.4.2_07 and earlier 1.4.2 releases for Windows, Solaris and Linux.

X download to install the new updating software on your system.
